摘要：目的 探讨颌骨骨折患者的急诊护理方法，程序。方法 选取我院急诊科收治的51例外伤所致的颌骨骨折患者作为研究对象，采用预定护理程序对患者进行护理，观察护理效果。结果 所有患者在急诊留观过程中未发生严重护理事故，其中2例颅脑损伤患者，1例腹内器官损伤患者，2例口内伤口出血患者被及时发现和得到有效处理。患者口腔卫生得到良好维护，未出现伤口感染病例。结论 该预定护理程序能有效护理外伤致颌骨骨折患者，能及时发现意外情况，维持口腔卫生，防止伤口感染，可以在临床推广使用。

    Observing the Outcome of Emergency Nurses for Patients with Jaws Fractures

    Abstract：Objective To study the methods ofemergency nurses for patients of fractures of the jaws. MethodsFifty-one patients with fractures of the jaws were choosed，and were nursed as the procedure designed in advance.Observed the outcome of nurses.ResultsAll the patients had no serious concequence of nurses.Two patients with injure of brain and one patient with injure of organ in belly were detected. Besides,two patients bleeded in mouse also were detected.The oral hygiene is well and no patient wre affected.Concusion This procedure is effective for the nurses for patients of fractures of the jaws,and the unexpected condition can be detected timely.It can keep the oral hygiene well and prevent wound from affecting. ......
