摘要：目的 探讨扁桃体剥离术后出血的原因、预防和治疗。方法 对本科室近10年行扁桃体剥离术后出现出血的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果 429例扁桃体剥离术患者中，出血15例，出血率3.5%，出血患者均及时止血，痊愈出院。结论 扁桃体术后出血与术前完善检查、患者自身因素、术中操作及术后护理均有关，要做到术前完善检查、术中仔细操作、彻底止血、术后预防感染、加强护理指导等各项措施，降低扁桃体术后出血发生率。
