摘要：目的观察纤支镜支气管肺泡灌洗治疗重症肺炎的临床疗效。方法 56例需机械通气重症肺炎患者分为两组：治疗组28例，采用机械通气并纤支镜灌洗；对照组28例，采用机械通气并单纯纤支镜吸痰治疗。结果在动脉血气分析、气道峰压降低等方面，治疗组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论需机械通气重症肺炎患者行纤支镜支气管肺泡灌洗治疗能缩短通气时间，降低死亡率。
