天门市2008~2013年手足口病疫情分析

摘要：目的 了解天门市2008年~2013年手足口病发病特征及流行趋势,为手足口病重点防控提供依据。方法 利用天门市统计局疫情监测数据,对天门市手足口病疫情资料进行流行病学描述分析。结果 天门市近5年来手足口病疫情总体呈上升趋势。结论 该市手足口病易感人群为5岁以下儿童,应贯彻以传染源管理和重症病例救治为重点的综合控制对策。宣传教育、强化业务培训、规范诊疗规程、加强疫情监测,减少重症及死亡病例的出现,防止暴发流行。
