摘要：自身输血已被公认为最安全有效的输血方法，在国外已广泛开展应用。但是，大部分医护人员对自身输血的认知度却非常低,应用就更低。自身输血率低的原因包括卫生行政部门重视不够，医院缺乏动力、性价比低，缺乏对自身输血的认知，输血科缺少输血技术方面的人才，及自身输血的并发症。笔者认为应该多措并举，从领导重视、完善管理，开展多种形式的自身输血宣传工作，完善自身输血设备和技术、减少并发症的发生，提高医护人员的自身输血知识等四个方面综合应用实施，即可杜绝输异体血传染疾病又节约了大量宝贵的血液资源，也减少患者医疗费用和国家医疗资源。

    Cause Analysis and Countermeasures of the Low Rate of Autotransfusion in Hospital

    Abstract：Autotransfusion has been recognized as the safest and most effective blood transfusion method and has been applied in foreign countries widely.However,in China most medical staff have little knowledge of Autotransfusion and a lower degree of applied ability.The reasons why Autotransfusion is rarely been applied include:insufficient attention from the health administrative departments;lack of motivation from hospitals;the high cost and price;little awareness of Autotransfusion in the public;lack of technical resources in the field; and the complications of the Autotransfusion.The author thought four measures should be taken:the managers'attention, improving management;publicizing Autotransfusion in a variety forms;improving the equipment and technology to reduce the incidence of complications and enhance staff's acknowledge for Autotransfusion.Then we can prevent the Infectious diseases caused by allogeneic blood transfer,save a lot of valuable blood resources,and also reduce the cost and save national health resources. ......
