多种肿瘤标志物在早期诊断中的临床价值分析

摘要：目的探讨肿瘤标志物CA19-9、CAl25、CA153、CA242及癌胚抗原(CEA)在早期胆管癌诊断中的临床价值。方法采用生物芯片对72例早期胆管癌患者血清肿瘤标志物CA19-9、CAl25、CA153、CA242及CEA进行检测，比较各项指标单独检测和联合检测的阳性率。结果胆管癌患者血清CA19-9、CAl25、CA153、CA242及CEA阳性率分别为72.22%、26.39%、8.33%、52.78%和18.06%，而联合检测阳性率为86.11%。结论联合检测多种肿瘤标志物可提高早期胆管癌的诊断敏感性。
