摘要：目的 探析流程化沟通方式在提高妇产科护理服务质量中的应用效果。方法 研究对象来自我院2012年1月~2013年12月在妇产科住院的100例患者，实施流程化沟通方式前随机选择50例(对照组)，实施流程化沟通方式后随机选择50例(观察组)，比较实施流程化沟通方式前后护理投诉、护理纠纷和患者护理满意度。结果 与流程化护理沟通实施前相比，流程化护理沟通实施后护理投诉、护理纠纷较前减少，而患者满意度显著升高，差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论 流程化沟通方式能够规范护理人员沟通方式，减少因沟通不良引起护理投诉和纠纷，提高患者护理满意度，值得进一步在临床推广和应用。
