摘要：目的 探讨上消化道出血患者的内镜下治疗与护理要点。方法 对上消化道出血的68例患者在24 h内紧急胃镜检查并进行镜下止血及其他治疗，治疗过程中护理人员对患者在术前，术中和术后加以精心护理。结果 68例内镜下治疗后显效43例，占63.24%;有效18例，占26.47 %;无效7例，占10.29 %;无效7例中，1例再次出血死亡，6例转外科手术治疗。结论 护理的配合工作，对成功进行胃镜下治疗上消化道出血起着关键性作用，值得重视。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the treatment and nursing of upper digestive tract hemorrhage in patients with endoscopic.
