摘要：本文报告了我院75例急性脑血管病合并肺心病的护理特点，重点探讨了慢性肺心病并发急性脑血管病时的临床护理要点，对此类患者应当采取综合措施，特别注意血压波动，降低颅内压及防止脑疝；并采取改善心肺功能，预防褥疮及保持呼吸道通畅，细心观察病情变化，以降低早期死亡率。

    Nursing of Acute Cerebrovascular Disease Complicated with Pulmonary Heart Disease

    Abstract：This paper reports our nursing features of 75 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with pulmonary heart disease, focusing on the clinical nursing of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with acute cerebral vascular disease, adopt comprehensive measures for such patients should pay special attention to the fluctuation of blood pressure, reduce pressure and prevent cerebral hernia, intracranial; and to improve the function of heart and lung, prevention of bedsore and to maintain airway patency, careful observation of changes in condition, to reduce early mortality.
