摘要：目的 研究AEC0PD伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者最及时有效的呼吸干预措施。方法将112例患者随机分成对照组56例、实施传统的呼吸干预方法，实验组56例、实施优化调整后的呼吸干预措施。结果 比较两组患者血气分析指标、症状改善时段和入住ICU时间，实验组明显优于对照组。结论综合患者病情及血气分析结果,及时建立人工气道并适时调整氧气疗法的呼吸干预措施,是临床成功治疗AEC0PD伴Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的关键。
