欣母沛治疗90例宫缩乏力性产后出血治疗效果

摘要：目的 探讨欣母沛治疗90例宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床效果。方法 将我院收治的90例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者随机分为观察组与参考组，各为45例，给予两组患者常规止血治疗，观察组在此基础上采用欣母沛治疗，对两组患者临床止血效果、止血时间、不良反应发生情况进行观察。结果 观察组患者止血有效率为91.1%，参考组患者止血有效率为66.7%，数据比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组止血时间明显短于参考组(P<0.05)；两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 欣母沛治疗宫缩乏力产后止血效果显著，不良反应发生率低，有助于促进患者康复。
