摘要：目的观察影像学CT技术在弥漫性泛细支气管炎诊断中的应用价值。方法择取我科室在2010年5月~2013年5月接诊的37例弥漫性泛细支气管炎患者，并回顾分析这37例患者的临床影像学CT诊断资料，以便可以提高CT在该种疾病诊断中的鉴别、诊断能力。结果本组37例患者CT检查结果显示，其CT影像学表现包括弥漫性细粟粒样影伴树芽征、小支气管扩张、炎性斑片状实变影、肺间质纤维化以及小空洞。行鼻窦CT检查，本组37例患者中有31例患者伴有副鼻窦炎表现。结论胸部CT是弥漫性泛细支气管炎诊断时不可或缺的诊断工具，在实际操作中应用鼻窦CT进行佐证，可以及早明确诊断。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the imaging technique of CT in diffuse panbronchiolitis application value in the diagnosis of. MethodsChoose our department in 2010 May to 2013 May, 37 cases of diffuse panbronchiolitis patients, CT diagnosis data of these 37 patients were retrospectively analyzed and images, so that can improve the identification, CT in the diagnosis of diseases diagnosis. ResultsIn this group, 37 cases of patients with CT examination showed diffuse fine performance, including miliary shadows with tree in bud, bronchiectasis, inflammatory patchy opacities, pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and small voids its CT image. The sinus CT examination, 31 patients with sinusitis manifestations of this group of 37 patients. ConclusionChest CT is an indispensable diagnostic tool for diffuse panbronchiolitis at diagnosis, to prove the application of CT scan in the actual operation, early diagnosis. ......
