摘要：目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞介入加清宫术治疗剖宫产后疤痕妊娠(CSP)的安全性和疗效。 方法对10例剖宫产后csp患者数字减影血管造影监视下进行超选性子宫动脉插管，灌注甲氨蝶呤并进行明胶海绵栓塞，术后观察临床症状和监测血液β-HCG变化，择期行清宫术。结果10例均获得成功。结论经子宫动脉栓塞介入加清宫术治疗剖宫产后疤痕妊娠的方法安全，有效，而且不良反应少。

    Clinical Analysis of Uterine Arterial Chemoembolization Combined with Curettage for the Treatment of Cesarean Scar

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the uterine artery embolization and curettage treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) safety and efficacy.
