摘要：目的 参芎葡萄糖注射液治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效分析。方法 选择2012年1月～2013年9月脑梗塞79例，随机分为两组，均在综合治疗的基础上，治疗组用参芎葡萄糖注射液200ml静脉滴注；对照组用低分子右旋糖酐500ml，1次/d。结果 治疗组79例，总有效率98.6%。对照组43例，总有效率65.2%，两组总有效率结果经统计学处理，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 参芎葡萄糖注射液对脑梗死的治疗有较好的疗效，无明显毒副作用。值得临床推广。

    Clinical Analysis of 79 Cases of Acute Cerebral Infarction Salviae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection Treatment

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the effect Salviae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methodsselect 2012 January ~ 2013 September 79 cases of cerebral infarction patients, randomly divided into two groups, both on the basis of comprehensive treatment, the treatment group with Salviae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection 200ml intravenous drip; control group was treated with low molecular dextran 500ml 1 times a day. Results79 cases in the treatment group, the total efficiency of 98.6%. A control group of 43 cases, the total efficiency of 65.2%, the total efficiency of two groups results statistically, there were significant differences (P<0.05). ConclusionA good effect in treatment of Salviae Miltiorrhizae Liguspyragine Hydrochloride and Glucose Injection on cerebral infarction, no obvious side effect. It is worthy of clinical promotion. ......
