摘要：目的总结胸部手术患者呼吸道护理措施。方法对15例胸部手术患者的护理方法进行分析。结果这15例胸部手术患者术后通过精心的护理，都痊愈出院，无并发症的发生。结论术后重视呼吸道护理，重视胸部物理治疗和有效止痛，正确排痰，重视动态血氧饱和度监测，可以降低开术后肺部并发症的发生。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo summarize the nursing measures of respiratory tract of patients with chest operation. Methods15 cases of nursing chest operation were analyzed. ResultsCareful nursing through the 15 cases of chest operation patients after operation, were cured and discharged, no complications. ConclusionThe nursing of respiratory tract after operation attention, pay attention to the chest physical therapy and pain, correct sputum, pay attention to the dynamic blood oxygen saturation monitoring, can reduce pulmonary complications after open operation.
