摘要：目的探讨长期处在门诊求医、疗效不佳、甚至加重的各类病因所致的下尿路症状(LUTS)患者内镜下治疗过程中的有效护理措施。方法81例患有尿频、尿道不适、尿不尽、甚至尿痛等LUTS患者在内镜治疗中的护理资料进行深入分析。结果所有进行内镜下治疗的LUTS患者经对症治疗后，恢复良好。结论科学高效的护理方案及健康宣教工作不仅是确保LUTS患者顺利接受内镜治疗的先决条件，而且能够获得更高的治疗成功率，降低并发症和促进患者更快恢复健康。

    The Care Analysis and Countermeasures of Patients with Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms Treated by Endoscopic Therapy

    Abstract：ObjectiveThe aim of this study was to investigate the effective care measures of endoscopic treatment for patients with lower urinary tract symptoms caused by various etiologies. These patients were treated in out-patient for a long time, but the efficacy was poor.Methods The nursing data of 81 patients with lower urinary tract symptoms, who were suffered from frequent urination, urinary discomfort, urinary endless, dysuria, and treated by endoscopy,was analyzed.ResultsAll patients with lower urinary tract symptoms were recovered well after endoscopic treatment.ConclusionScientific and efficient health care programs and advocacy work can ensure patients with lower urinary tract symptoms receive endoscopic treatment, and achieve higher treatment success rate, reduce complications and promote patient recover faster. ......
