摘要：目的探讨糖尿病神经源性膀胱的整体护理体会。方法通过对52例糖尿病神经源性膀胱患者严格控制血糖达到标准，膀胱排尿功能训练、自身穴位按摩、艾灸等护理。结果经整体护理52例患者自主排尿顺畅，自觉症状消失，排尿后B超检查提示膀胱内残余尿量<60 mL。结论糖尿病神经原性膀胱功能障碍患者的整体护理，疗效可靠，可操作性强。

    Holistic Nursing Care in the Treatment of Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder

    Abstract：ObjectiveAssess the overall experience of diabetes care neurogenic bladder. Methods52 patients with diabetes, patients with neurogenic bladder strict glycemic control up to standard, bladder function training, self-acupressure, moxibustion and other care. Results52 patients overall care urinate smoothly, the symptoms disappeared within B-scan after voiding the bladder residual urine volume <60ml.ConclusionDiabetic patients with neurogenic bladder dysfunction overall care, effective and reliable, easy to operate .
