摘要：目的探讨消化内科重症患者实施无陪护病房的护理效果。方法选取35例重症患者作为开展无陪护理管理对象。结果通过对内科重症患者进行综合护理，减少了由于陪护人员而引起的院内感染。结论实施无陪护理模式，护理人员主观能动意识增强，自身素质及护理质量得到了极大提高，值得临床推广应用。

    Abstract：ObjectiveOn patients with digestive internal medicine in severe without escort ward nursing effect.MethodsSelection of 35 patients with severe as no accompany nursing management.ResultsThrough the study of the comprehensive care of internal medicine in severe cases,reduce the nosocomial infection caused by attendants.ConclusionNo accompany nursing mode,nursing staff subjective active consciousness enhancement,own quality and nursing quality has been greatly improved,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
