摘要：目的探讨海东地区上消化道出血的病因。方法回顾性分析62例住院患者的临床资料。结果消化性溃疡、急性胃黏膜病变、食管静脉曲张为海东地区上消化道出血的常见病因，分别占45.1%、29%、8.06%。春夏季节发病高于秋冬季节；男性明显高于女性；不同年龄段的出血率不尽相同。结论消化性溃疡、急性胃黏膜病变、食管静脉曲张为高原地区上消化道出血的常见病因。
