护理管理在医院管理中的作用(1)

摘要：目的 对护理管理在医院管理中的作用进行观察。方法 选取我院自2010年1月~2011年1月150例住院患者作为参考组，针对护理中出现的风险及纠纷，在护理管理中采用绩效管理、风险管理；选取2011年2月~2012年2月收治的150例住院患者作为观察组，观察两组患者护理中护理风险、护理纠纷发生情况及患者对护理满意度。结果 观察组患者护理风险、护理纠纷发生率均明显低于参考组(P<0.05)；观察组患者对护理总满意度为93.3%，参考组患者对护理满意度为73.3%，数据比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在医院管理中加强护理管理，综合加强绩效管理、风险管理等有助于减少护理风险，改善护患纠纷，改善护患关系。
