摘要：目的 分析早期整形修复在烧伤整形中的应用及其临床疗效。方法 以我院烧伤48h内进行整形修复的69例为早期组，以我院同期烧伤48h后进行整形修复的69例患者为对照组，评定两组患者治疗效果。结果 治疗后早期组患者功能恢复评分明显高于对照组，P<0.01；早期组皮肤恢复得分与对照组比较明显较低，P<0.01；ADL评分显著高于对照组，P<0.01。二次手术率方面，早期组二次手术率为1.45%，对照组为13.04，两组比较有统计学差异，P<0.01；患者满意度方面，早期组要明显高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 早期行整形修复对烧伤整形患者手术疗效和预后均较好，值得临床进一步推广应用。
