膝关节置换术后功能锻炼中King达标理论的应用探析(1)

摘要：目的 分析在膝关节置换术后患者的功能锻炼过程中应用King达标理论的临床效果。方法 选取我院收治的63例采取膝关节置换术进行治疗的患者作为临床研究对象，随机法将其分为32例研究组和31例对照组，对照组患者主要采取常规护理，研究组患者在采取常规护理的基础上将King达标理论作为功能锻炼指导，2w后，对两组患者的关节屈曲度和患者出院后满意度进行观察对比。结果 经过护理后，研究组患者的关节屈曲度优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组患者的满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对膝关节置换术后患者进行功能锻炼的过程中将King达标理论作为指导，有利于提高关节屈曲与患者护理满意度，值得推广应用。
