摘要：目的 探讨中西医结合治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法 将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用单纯西医治疗，观察组采用中西医结合治疗，对比两组疗效。结果 观察组的总有效率(89.6%)明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义。结论 中西医结合治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎疗效良好，具有重要的临床应用价值。
