板蓝根美拉德反应对MDCK细胞保护作用的研究(1)

摘要：目的 通过不同处理的板蓝根样品对MDCK细胞的保护作用来分析板蓝根加工处理过程中美拉德反应产物(MRPs)的抗病毒作用。方法 将不同加工处理的板蓝根样品加于MDCK细胞，然后接种病毒液，72h后用MTT法于570 nm处测定OD值，并计算保护率。结果 7th样品对MDCK细胞受流感病毒侵染有显著的保护作用，而鲜根、生药、2nd对流感病毒侵染无明显阻断作用，且其在一定浓度范围内对细胞表现出毒害作用。结论 板蓝根样品对病毒是否有阻断作用，一方面可能取决于样品加工过程中产生MRPs的量和种类，另一方面可能与板蓝根样品的加工处理方式相关。
