改良胸膜纤维板剥脱术在慢性脓胸治疗中的应用

摘要：目的 对改良胸膜纤维板剥脱术在慢性脓胸治疗中的应用进行研究分析。方法 选取在我院采用改良胸膜纤维板剥脱术进行治疗的43例慢性脓胸患者作为研究对象，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析，观察患者临床疗效。结果 本组43例患者均顺利完成手术，术后并发症发生率7.0%，无死亡病例，临床治疗总有效率100%。结论 改良胸膜纤维板剥脱术治疗慢性脓胸疗效显著，可有效降低患者并发症的发生率，值得临床推广应用。
