摘要：目的 观察芪苈强心胶囊对急性心肌梗死患者心功能不全的临床疗效。方法 263例急性心肌梗死后心功能不全的患者，随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组给予急性心肌梗死后常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊1.2g，3次/d，治疗3个月。结果 两组患者心功能改善率、左室射血分数改变、NT-proBNP变化，均具有统计学意义。结论 芪苈强心胶囊具有改善心肌梗死患者心功能不全的作用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effects of Qiliqiangxin capsule onpatients with cardiac insufficiency after acute myocardial infarction. Methods263 cases of patients with cardiac insufficiency after acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional treatment after acute myocardial infarction. Patients in treatment group were treated by combination of conventional treatment and Qiliqiangxin capsule，1.2 grams，thrice a day for 3 months.
