关节软骨缺损采用微骨折技术和骨软骨移植治疗的临床效果分析

摘要：目的 分析微骨折技术和骨软骨移植治疗关节软骨缺损的临床疗效。方法 选取50例关节软骨缺损患者，随机分为对照组与治疗组各25例，对照组行单纯关节清理术，观察组在关节清理术后行微骨折技术和骨软骨移植治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果 观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，经6~18个月随访，观察组膝关节功能优良率显著高于对照组。结论 在关节软骨缺损治疗中，采用微骨折技术和骨软骨移植治疗临床疗效显著，值得推广。
