总之，本方法取材方便、操作简单、经济有效，对目前同一实验室拥有多台血液分析仪进行质量控制，加强同一实验室内多台血液分析仪间全血细胞计数准确性和可比性有实际应用价值。用正常人新鲜血液作为各仪器之间"标准"比对物，不仅经济方便，而且提高多台血液分析仪在实际工作中的交替使用时结果的一致性，更好地服务了临床工作，同时也减少患者重复检查的医疗费用，合理有效的利用卫生资源。
