社区与家庭疗育对脑瘫婴儿及脑瘫高危儿康复的影响

摘要：目的 探讨脑瘫婴儿及脑瘫高危儿社区与家庭疗育结合康复的效果。方法 选取脑瘫婴儿儿及脑瘫高危儿60例，随机分为常规组和家长组。常规组采用常规康复治疗方案， 家长组在常规组的基础上给予家长系统康复培训。结果 治疗 2个疗程后，家长组疗效好于常规组，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 对脑瘫婴儿及脑瘫高危儿采取社区与家庭疗育相结合的康复，可提高治疗效果。
