探究紫杉醇治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的临床疗效研究及复发情况

摘要：目的 探究与分析紫杉醇治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的临床疗效观察及复方情况。方法 选取我院妇科自2011年12月~2012年12月收治的恶性肿瘤患者60例，将其作为临床研究对象，采取随机数字表法分为紫杉醇组与环磷酰胺组，每组各30例，观察两组患者的临床疗效及复方情况。结果紫杉醇组较环磷酰胺组达总有效的人数明显增多，复发情况较少，生存期较长(P<0.05)。紫杉醇组较环磷酰胺组总不良反应数明显增高(P<0.05)。结论 紫杉醇治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的临床疗效更加突出，副反应较少，安全性较高，能够显著改善患者的生活质量，提高存活率，值得推广。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore and analyze the paclitaxel in the treatment of gynecological m alignant tumor clinical curative effect observation and compound condition.
