摘要：近年来，随着WHO病理诊断标准的出台和不断更新，病理诊断从疾病分类、命名到各种疾病的内容细则都发生了很大变化，加之临床对病理报告更精确的要求，病理亚专科的发展和细化已是必然趋势。由此，作为三级甲等综合性的教学医院对病理医生的培养便提出了更高的要求，必须在走大病理的同时分亚专科培养，不断的充实专业知识。基于此，病理科医师进修培训不失为一种很好的途径，为发展好病理亚专科提供了很好的平台。

    Experience of Training Sub-speciality Pathologist

    Abstract：In these years,with the continuous renewal of pathology diagnostic criteria,the classification of diseases、name and details has changed greatly.In the same time,with the more exact requirement of clinic,it is the inexorable trend that developing and detaling the pathologic sub-specialty.So,there are higher work requirement for pathologic doctor in thetop three teaching hospital.
