超声心动图检查诊断胎儿法洛四联症的应用价值与技巧分析

摘要：目的 探讨超声心动图诊断胎儿法洛四联症的临床价值及技巧。方法 回顾性分析本院19例经产后超声心动图诊断或引产后尸解确诊为胎儿法洛四联症的超声声像图特征特点，总结其声像图特征及常规实用切面。结果 19例病例胎儿中，超声心动图诊断为法洛四联症18例，漏诊1例，产前超声诊断确诊率为94.74%。漏诊1例为非重型法洛四联症。左右室流出道、主动脉根部及三血管切面是法洛四联症是出现异常最多的切面。结论 超声心动图检查诊断胎儿法洛四联症有较高的确诊率，仔细扫查左右室流出道、主动脉根部及三血管切面，对临床本病的诊断具有重要的价值。
