摘要：目的 探讨实时荧光定量PCR在HBV DNA定量检测过程中的室内质控问题。 方法 用实时荧光定量PCR法检测2013年1~7月自制的乙肝阳性室内质控血清，与临床标本同步检测，计算每次阳性质控结果的常用对数、标准曲线的斜率、截距和相关系数(r)及相关结果的均值(x)、标准差(s)和变异系数(cv)，利用EXCEL折线散点图画出质控图进行质控。结果 本室 2013年1~7月测定自制的阳性室内质控结果测定值均在控，标准差和变异系数均在允许范围内，符合要求。结论 本实验室采用实时荧光定量PCR检测HBV-DNA定量检测过程中，选用的质控方法和自制的质控品稳定性良好，能可靠有效地为临床提供准确的检验结果。
