摘要：目的探讨阴道壁血管瘤诊断及治疗方法，加强对阴道壁血管瘤的认识。方法对我院收治的1例阴道壁血管瘤患者的临床资料结合文献予以分析。结果阴道壁血管瘤是良性的血管病变，如血管瘤增大影响日常生活，或反复、大量出血则需积极治疗。结论阴道壁血管瘤应采用个体化的综合治疗方法。

    Clinical Analysis of 1 Cases of Vaginal Wall Hemangioma

    Abstract：Objective To investigate an effective diagnosis and treatment of the vaginal wall hemangioma,strengthening the awareness of it.Methods The clinical data of 1 cases of vaginal wall hemangioma patients in our hospital were analyzed with literature.Results Vaginal hema-ngioma is a benign vascular lesions,If hemangioma increases affect daily life,or repeated,massive hemorrhage will require active treatment.Conclusion The individualized comprehensive treat-ment method of vaginal wall hemangioma should be adopted.
