中西医结合治疗小儿腹泻180例疗效观察

摘要：目的 分析中西医结合治疗小儿腹泻的临床疗效。方法 选取180例腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各90例，对照组单纯采用西医常规方法治疗，治疗组在西医治疗的基础上加用中药煎服。比较两组临床疗效。结果 观察组呕吐缓解时间、大便性状改善时间、大便次数改善时间(1.72±0.62、2.21±0.35、3.04±0.06)明显少于对照组；显效率(78.89%)、总有效率(97.68%)明显高于对照组。结论 中西医结合可有效缓解腹泻患儿临床症状，提高治疗效果。
