摘要：目的 探讨5S管理对内镜中心检查间规格化的影响。方法 先将内镜中心检查间进行现场评估，然后在运用5S方法对检查间的线路，地面物品，柜内物品，桌面物品进行管理，最后现场抽样确认效果。结果 自从本科室实施5S管理以来，内镜中心整体面貌得到较大程度的改善，物品摆放标识化，管理制度化，使检查间的操作空间增大，在操作过程中能一目了然的找到物品，减少耗时。结论 5S管理使内镜中心环境的规格化、护理质量和工作效率都得到了很大提高，并且此次管理活动培养了护士们爱整洁的良好习惯。
