纳米碳在甲状腺乳头状癌前哨淋巴结活检中的应用

     摘要:目的 探讨纳米碳混悬液对甲状腺乳头状癌前哨淋巴结示踪的效果。方法 对76例甲状腺乳头状癌患者,术中于甲状腺病灶周围分4点注射纳米碳混悬液,每点约0.1~0.2ml,10min内甲状腺腺叶及颈部淋巴结相继黑染,首先黑染的中央区淋巴结即为前哨淋巴结,然后行中央区淋巴结清扫术。结果 本组成功检查前哨淋巴结72例,检出率为94.7%,灵敏度为89.2%(33/37),准确率为94.4%(68/72),假阴性率10.8%(4/39)。结论 纳米碳混悬液作为示踪剂能准确反映甲状腺癌颈部淋巴结转移状态,为临床缩小甲状腺乳头状癌手术范围和减少术后并发症提供重要参考。
