摘要：目的 对无痛人流在疤痕子宫早孕患者中的应用效果进行观察分析。方法 随机在我院2013年1月~2014年1月实施治疗的疤痕早孕患者中，选取288例，并将其均分成两组，分别实施人工流产术和实施芬太尼结合丙泊酚无痛人流，对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果 在手术时间和术中出血量对比上，观察组患者明显低于对照组，两组之间差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 无痛人流在疤痕早孕患者中的应用，不但能够减少患者手术时间以及术中出血量，同时还能够有效减少不良反应的发生，减轻患者疼痛，值得在临床中加大推广应用。
