摘要：文章从文化话语学的角度出发，采用当代中国话语研究新范式，着重分析当代中国医患话语的言语特征及其表现出来的医患关系现状，和历史文化语境对医患话语的影响。并且在话语构建方面提出改善医患关系、创建和谐社会的建议。

    The Study of Contemporary Chinese Doctor-patient Relationship from the Perspective of Cultural Discourse Studies

    Abstract：From the perspective of cultural discourse studies and the paradigm of contemporary Chinese discourse studies, the article analyzes the features of contemporary Chinese doctor-patient discourses and the corresponding doctor-patient relationship, as well as the impact of historical and cultural context upon discourse. And proposes to improve doctor-patient relationship and create a more harmonious society by improving discourse practice.
