前置胎盘的临床护理观察

摘要：目的 总结前置胎盘的临床护理体会。方法 选取我院2013年4月~2014年3月收治的前置胎盘患者43例，分为两组。对照组接受常规护理，观察组给予全面的临床护理干预，对比两组护理效果。结果 经过护理，观察组产后出血、感染与胎盘植入情况明显优于对照组，低体重儿少，Apgar评分低。两组上述指标差异显著，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 给予前置胎盘患者全面的临床护理干预，可有效降低产后出血、感染等并发症的发生几率，减少低体重儿出现，安全有效，值得临床广泛应用。
