摘要：目的探讨急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)形态学与免疫学分型的关系，以提高对白血病的诊断水平。方法对我院2012年1月~2013年3月的24例ALL采用骨髓细胞形态学、骨髓细胞化学染色及免疫分型检测,比较两者在ALL分型上的异同。结果24例ALL患者,按照FAB分型15例L1、7例L2、2例L3，按照WHO免疫分型7例T-ALL、17例B-ALL。结论免疫学分型是诊断ALL的必要手段，是对形态学分型的补充和修正，它对诊断、治疗和判断预后具有重要的指导意义。
