疝环充填式疝修补术治疗73例腹股沟疝的临床分析

摘要：目的探讨疝环充填式疝修补术在腹股沟疝治疗中的应用价值。方法选择在我院接受治疗的腹股沟疝患者146例，随机分成两组，各73例。对照组通过平片无张力疝修补术治疗，观察组患者则通过疝环充填式疝修补术治疗。结果观察组总有效率为89.0%与对照组总有效率90.4%比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疝环充填式疝修补术与平片式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效相近，可根据患者实际情况进行选择。
