摘要：目的研究综合护理干预对呼吸机相关性肺炎的影响。方法观察不同护理措施下患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率，将2009~2013年116例笔者所在医院ICU使用呼吸机时限>48 h的患者分成两组。分别采取不同的护理措施，对照组采用常规护理，实验组采用综合护理干预。研究相对于常规护理，采用综合护理干预对呼吸机相关性肺炎的改善效果。结果与常规护理下对照组的患者相比，采用综合护理干预的实验组患者VAP的发生率降低。结论采用综合护理干预在控制患者呼吸机相关性肺炎方面具有明显效果。
