临床教学中使用多元化沟通的效果分析

摘要：目的 针对护生在实习中主要存在的心理负担，并指导和帮助她们尽快适应角色的转变，从而缩短实习适应期并很好地完成实习任务。方法 护理临床教学中实施规范的岗前教育、入科教育、出科反馈、师生交流会。结果 经成组T检验，两组护生的实习综合成绩有显著差异，实验组高于对照组，t=3.31,P<0.05。结论 通过各种措施落实有效沟通，使护生树立工作和学习的自觉性，培养良好的护士素质，有助于提高实习效果。使护生实习能尽快胜任工作，缩短了临床适用的时间 。
