摘要：目的观察参七胶囊对慢性心力衰竭患者合并高尿酸血症疗效观察。方法①150例患者均为在我科住院,随机法分为治疗组和对照组， ②对照组患者均给予西医综合治疗，并根据心衰严重程度加用强心利尿药物；治疗组在以上基础上加用参七胶囊口服。结果治疗组心功能好转、血尿酸下降，取得了满意的疗效，两组对比差异明显。结论参七胶囊在慢性心衰合并高尿酸血症患者中对血尿酸的纠正上有较好疗效。

    Clinical Observation on 150 Cases of Ginseng Seven Capsule in the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure Complicated with Hyperuricemia

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the effect of ginseng seven capsules in patients with chronic heart failure complicated with hyperuricemia. Methods①150 patients were hospitalized in our department, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, ② patients in control group were treated with western medicine therapy, and according to the severity of heart failure and the strong heart diuresis medicine; the treatment group in the above plus ginseng seven capsule. ResultsThe treatment group was improved, blood uric acid decreased heart function, has obtained the satisfactory curative effect, differences between the two groups of contrasts. Conclusion Ginseng seven capsules in patients with chronic heart failure complicated with hyperuricemia on serum uric acid has better effect correction. ......
