清热解毒箍围法对感染性糖尿病足溃疡伤口愈合的影响

摘要：目的探究分析清热解毒箍围法对治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效。方法采用回顾性分析的方法，分析了我院在2013年1月1日~12月31日间收治的60例糖尿病足患者的临床资料，通过清热解毒箍围法进行治疗，观察患者治疗后溃疡伤口的愈合情况。结果60例患者中，有21例达到痊愈，20例达到显效，13例达到有效，6例无效，总有效率达90%。结论清热解毒箍围法可以促进感染性糖尿病足的溃疡伤口的愈合，该方法值得临床广泛应用。
