摘要：目的 探索孟鲁司特联合万托林+布地奈德雾化吸入对毛细支气管炎产生的临床疗效。方法 选取103例患毛细支气管炎的患儿为研究对象，将其按照治疗方式的不同分为两组，对照组进行常规治疗，观察组则在对照组的基础上加用孟鲁司特+万托林+布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。结果 观察组患儿在肺部体征缓解时间、喘憋时间以及治疗的总有效率上较对照组患儿情况好，且比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 孟鲁司特+万托林+布地奈德雾化吸入对毛细支气管炎的治疗，取得了显著的疗效，是一种安全有效、方便的用药方案。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore joint Ventolin montelukast + budesonide inhalation clinical efficacy of bronchiolitis generated. Methods103 cases of children suffering from bronchiolitis for the study will be divided into two groups according to the different forms of treatment, routine treatment control group, the observation group on the basis of the control group on the use of montelukast + Ventolin + budesonide inhalation therapy.
