摘要：医学科技期刊的服务对象是医、护、技、科研人员，青年编辑作为编辑技术队伍中生力军和希望，应注意"三戒"，即戒骄、戒躁、戒妄自菲薄，通过分析其产生的原因，提出解决的方案和途径，从而达到快速提升青年编辑自身素质的目的。

    Pay Attention to Three Stopping of Young Editors in Medical Sci-tech Journals

    Abstract：Medical sci-tech journals give services to the doctors, nurses, technological teams , researchers, young editors are the new force and hope ofeditorialteams, and they should pay attention to three stopping. in the other words, they should give uparrogantions, impetuous, looking down upon oneself, analyzed the reasons of them , some planning and ways are proposed to improve the qualities of themselves of the young editors.
