115例不动杆菌感染及药敏结果分析

摘要：目的 了解就诊本医院患者不动杆菌感染情况及其耐药性，为临床提供治疗和预防感染的理论依据。方法 本院2012年5月~2014年3月住院及门诊患者的标本,采用美国德灵公司Autoscan4半自动鉴定仪对临床微生物样本进行鉴定和药敏试验。结果 通过115例标本的检测，认为不动杆菌是引起呼吸系统及外伤感染的主要致病菌。结论 不动杆菌的感染现状和耐药性及耐药趋势，应引起临床方面高度重视。
