摘要：目的 探讨护理告知程序在骨科优质护理中的应用。方法 加强护士法律意识的培训，制定告知程序，掌握沟通技巧，营造和谐的护患关系。护士在整个护理活动中实施护理告知，即告知内容和方式，包括入院告知、疾病告知、治疗护理操作前后的告知、出院告知等。结果 增强了护理人员护理安全意识，提高了患者对病情的知晓率和医从行为。结论 通过有效地实施护理告知，增强了护理人员的优质护理意识，提高了患者对病情的知晓率。并建立了良好的护患关系，提高了患者的满意度。
